SERVICES

  • We do not guarantee that followers or other engagements will interact with your content. We only ensure that you receive the quantity you purchase.
  • We do not guarantee that all accounts will have profile pictures, bios, or posts, though we aim to provide the highest quality possible.
  • You may not use SMMConnect for any illegal activities or to promote content that violates the policies of any social media platform.
  • If your account already had 100,000+ followers, likes, or views before ordering, refill protection does not apply. We cannot verify where losses occurred in such cases.

REFUND POLICY

  • If you request a refund of your remaining balance, we will process it back to your original payment method within 6-12 hours. However, the time to receive funds depends on your bank or payment provider.
  • If you file a chargeback or dispute without a valid reason, we reserve the right to ban your account, terminate all future orders, and remove any followers, likes, or views delivered.
  • Orders placed on SMMConnect may be refunded or canceled if they are non-deliverable. Refunds are issued as account credits.
  • Private or incorrect account details will not qualify for a refund. Ensure your account is public before placing an order.
  • Fraudulent activities, including the use of stolen credit cards, will result in account termination.
  • Do not place orders from multiple providers at the same time for the same account. This may interfere with order completion, and we will not issue refunds in such cases.
